Michael Sager dreamt up the concept of Equal Parts after oggling the green-bricked venue for a while, pivoting from twelve years of experience owning and working in wine bars. Evoking the vibes of a refined New York neighbourhood bar, Equal Parts plays records ranging from old soul, funk, Cumbia and psychedelic. Every ingredient has an equal measure in their cocktails.

The set-up here is inherently cool: red lights, records stacked up the walls and a gigantic disco ball. This lively listening bar prioritises the social, not just auditory experience. Taking its cuisine as seriously as its music, they offer delicious Caribbean food and wacky cocktails.
